Reviewing overall tech stacks with BRT and finding ways to streamline their systems.
General Notes
- Want - work out of both teams and google calendar for a bit while people get used to it
- ICS link is the best for this, but its a slow sync and won't be great for things created in real-time
- Wants their own hubspot subscription
- Not a bad idea makes everything totally separate
- Leaning towards zoho still
- Already set up
- Cheaper
- can move things from hubspot to zoho
- New employess get a regular gmail account (Terrible idea)
- Used for Calendly and shared google drives
- Google drive needs to move to sharepoint 100%
- Smartsheets handles some of the forms they send out
- We could easily set this up with excel, but both BRT and Jazzy seem hesitant to do that.
